Krunch Qween Shop cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been submitted.

Due to the nature of our products and for quality, safety, and sanitation purposes, Krunch Qween Shop does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers should carefully review all product information and order details before completing a purchase.
A change of mind, personal preference, ordering the wrong product, or other circumstances covered by our Refund, Return & Shipping Policy do not qualify for a refund, return, exchange, replacement, or store credit.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Krunch Qween Shop will make reasonable efforts to prepare and ship orders according to the shipping method selected or otherwise communicated to the customer.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Once a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier, its transportation and delivery are handled by the applicable carrier.
Krunch Qween Shop is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, or similar events.
8. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Krunch Qween Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered because the customer entered an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address.
Please carefully verify all shipping information before completing checkout.
If an order is returned because of an address issue or unsuccessful delivery attributable to the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is available.
9. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
Krunch Qween Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing while in the possession of the shipping carrier or after confirmed delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building management, front desk, mailroom, or other locations where the carrier may have left the package.
You may also contact your local shipping carrier to file a lost or missing package claim.
Krunch Qween Shop does not control the carrier’s claim process and cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved or reimbursed.
10. DAMAGED PACKAGES & SHIPPING DAMAGE
Krunch Qween Shop takes reasonable care when preparing and packaging orders.
However, Krunch Qween Shop is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier while a package is in transit or otherwise in the carrier’s possession, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If your package or merchandise arrives damaged because of carrier handling, you may contact your local shipping carrier and file a damage claim directly with the carrier.
Customers should retain the damaged merchandise, original packaging, shipping label, tracking information, and order confirmation and take clear photographs of the damage.
The shipping carrier may require this information when reviewing a claim.
Krunch Qween Shop cannot guarantee the approval, processing time, or reimbursement of a carrier claim.
11. RETURNED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned to Krunch Qween Shop because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempt, failure to retrieve the package, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient remain subject to our All Sales Final policy, except where otherwise required by law.
If Krunch Qween Shop agrees to reship a returned order, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping and handling charges.
12. REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All purchases are also governed by the Krunch Qween Shop Refund, Return & Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable policy before purchasing.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory consumer protection law applicable to your transaction, the applicable law will control.
13. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
If you believe there is a problem with an order or transaction, we encourage you to contact Krunch Qween Shop before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review the matter.
A chargeback does not automatically override our All Sales Final policy or these Terms.
All disputes involving payments or chargebacks remain subject to applicable law and the policies and procedures of the applicable bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution.
We reserve the right to provide applicable transaction records, order confirmations, tracking information, delivery information, customer communications, and relevant store policies to a payment processor or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute.

Unless otherwise stated, the Krunch Qween Shop name, branding, logos, original graphics, photographs, product descriptions, website content, designs, text, and other original materials associated with our business are owned by or licensed to Krunch Qween Shop and are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property laws.

CUSTOMERS MAY FILE A CLAIM WITH THEIR LOCAL SHIPPING CARRIER FOR QUALIFYING LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS.
